How it all works....?

• Just click on the package that best suits your needs.
• Fill out the order form with all the details requested.
• Fill out the Standing Order form, sign it and return it directly to your bank, or pay via Credit Card
• As soon as we receive confirmation that the Standing Order has been set up we will email you our software.
• Install this software on your PC. Help informaiton will be provided with the software.
• Set up the details on the data that you want to back-up and how often you want to back it up. Again, help will be provided with the software.
• The first back-up will take the longest.
• After this each subsequent back-up will only back-up any changes that have been made to the data that you selected for back-up.
• All back-ups will run overnight by default. You can of course select the time that you wish the back-up to run.
• You can check on our website your back-up log at any stage.
• An email will be sent to you to confirming the back-up status after each back-up has been completed.
• If at any stage you run into difficulties or would like to verify that you have done everything correctly Click Here.
• Once we receive your data file we make copies of it and distribute it amongst our various servers.
• This ensures that your data is safe and secure at all times.
• We use 128bit encryption to ensure that no-one can de-code your encrypted data files.
• You receive a private key code that allows only you to retrieve your data files.
• We retain another key code in the event that you lose access to your private key code.
• The code that we retain is of no use to us and none of our employees can use it to access your data.
• All this ensures that your data is safe from damage and from prying eyes.
