How long do you store informaiton and is it ever deleted?
We store information for as long as you are a customer. If you are with us for 10 years then we will have 10 years of informaiton for you. We cannot delete any informaiton from our back up servers. We can only delete information from the Trial Servers. Informaiton on the trial version gets deleted regularily to make room for new trial users.
Never back up anything important using our trial software.
