Twice each week we hold a 1 hour chatroom.
- Tuesdays at 15:00 GMT
- Thursdays at 12:00 GMT
Any user of the
www.backupearth.com software and service can log in to this online forum. This chat will be hosted by one
of our qualified technical staff.
You can have specific questions answered immediately and learn from the
questions that are being asked by other customers.
The questions that are asked most commonly on both our chat
room and via email will be posted on our website for all to view.

- You can always contact your local dealer or
reseller. They are your contact point
for your area. They will be able to
assist you with most issues and will point you in the right direction to get
your needs fulfilled.
Please Note:
Onsite Support:
We do not provide onsite assistance. All of the assistance that you
require can be rectified by the above methods of communication.
Remote Support:
We will be offering Remote Access Support within the next 6-8
weeks. This will allow our
technical staff to directly access your computer via the web. You will be able to watch and
learn with this facility. Our
website will let you know when this support and training facility will be
available and what is involved in getting it.
There will be no charge for this service.
