Where Do I Start?

You have 3 basic icons, Backup, Restore and Reports. These are the basic opitions of the BackupEarth software and are the simplest to use.

Select items for backup: To set-up your backup, simply click the "Select items for backup" icon, this will take a few seconds to load. Once loaded select the folders to be backed up, and click “Add To Backup”. And that’s it; your backup is now set up.

Select items for restore: To restore folders and files, simply click the "Select items for restore" icon. Right click the folders you wish to restore, select “Restore Latest Information Only”, and then click Restore Now. The files and folders will now be restored.

Reports: Need to see how your Backups are doing? Then click the "View Reports" icon, select the report type from the drop down box and click Run report and that’s it. You may be asked to enter an email address, enter your email address and Backup Reports will automatically every night be emailed to you, keeping you informed on the backup progress.
